CNM is running a 2-day intensive Advanced Ear Acupuncture course at the London College. This is a great opportunity to add your existing acupuncture skills and gain valuable tools to strengthen your practice. Please see the attached Lesson plan for further details.
This 2-day course course will run on Tues and Wed 23 & 24 March, 2010 from 10am - 6pm. The course fee is £215 and you can enrol with a £50 deposit. Please see the attached enrolment form.
About the Course
This course links ear acupuncture to naturopathy. A practically based course working on ears and learning new techniques, new protocols and looking at specialist areas of study, including digestion, skeletal framework, mental health issues, women’s issues and much more.
Ear Acupuncture provides immediate benefit to patients and is safe, easy and allows the patient to remain dressed. It is easy to learn and will give you a range of protocols to use for a variety of issues such as losing weight, IBS, anxiety, addiction, asthma and much more.
This new course will enable you to exercise your new skill and start to build to a practice before graduating.

About the lecturers
John Gavin has taught ear acupuncture at the CNM for 10 years. He currently represents CNM on the Microsystems Acupuncture Working Group which is aims to set standards for auricular acupuncture training. He is the Clinic Course Leader for the Acupuncture specialist training and course leader for all specialist clinics at CNM.
Paul Blacker has over 16 years experience working in the complementary therapies sector, as an acupuncturist masseur and naturopath, and having taught all aspects of acupuncture for over 10 years, Paul brings a colourful and engaging teaching style to the all important subject of auricular acupuncture.
