Herbal Medicine Training
CNM graduates are accepted by the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners).
Homeopathy Training
Recognised by the HMA (Homeopathic Medical Association). The HMA is a member of CORH (Council of Registered Homeopaths). The CNM has attended meetings and will apply to be recognised with them as soon as the educational standards come out.
Acupuncture Training
Recognised by the BCMA (British Complementary Medicine Association). The CNM has passed stage one and is working towards full accreditation with the BAAB, who regulate the teaching of acupuncture in the UK.
Nutrition Training
FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners) is taking on CNM graduates and provide indemnity insurance. There is no overall regulating body for Nutrition in the UK. CNM graduates may also join other Nutrition associations.
Naturopathy Training
The Naturopathy training is recognised by the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) in the UK. ANP is a member of the GNC (General Naturopathic Council) who are about to regulate Naturopathy in the UK
