Come along to our practical vegan cookery workshop on November 9th 2017 and learn to make healthy and delicious vegan food with confidence.

Our vegan cookery workshop is a hands on introduction to healthy vegan cooking that enables you to incorporate the healthiest foods into exciting and tasty recipes in a simple way.  This workshop teaches you to cook with nutrient dense ingredients to optimise health.  Healthy, wholesome and most of all, packed full of great taste and flavour, discover how simple it is to incorporate a plant-based diet into your daily life.

On the night you will make:

Starter: Mini Buddha Bowl

Main: Courgette Fritters with Gluten free teff bread

Dessert: Caramel nut slice

This workshop is held in our state of the art teaching kitchens. This class is being taught by the hugely popular Plant-Based Blogger and Food Stylist Kimberly Espinel of  www.thelittleplantation.co.uk.   Places on this class are limited as it is a practical class which requires 1-on-1 attention from the teacher.
