Get 2018 off to the healthiest start by learning how to support your body’s natural detoxification pathways every single day. Detoxing is a natural process and occurs in our bodies all the time. Our bodies are designed to function optimally, and neutralise or remove any toxins produced while forming new cells. The problem arises when we don’t eat right; or we don’t exercise as we should; when we live a stressful life and don’t get enough sleep.
A well functioning detoxification system is crucial to optimal health and by giving yours extra support you may benefit from:

This one day workshop will teach you to incorporate food in to everyday life that is both tasty and abundant in natural detoxifying properties.
- Juices and Smoothies: Discover the power of nutrient dense juices and smoothies and try making our famous Green Rocket Detox Smoothie
- Soups: Learn to harness the cleansing power of soups and broths
- Teas: Make your own naturally detoxifying herbal teas
- You will learn to make detoxifying lunch and dinner options such as Raw Pad Thai with Kelp Noodles and healthy snacks like Crispy Kale Chips
We are pleased to say that this class will be taught by Adria Wu. Adria is a trained Natural Chef, Author, Presenter on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and owner of the Maple & Fitz chain of healthy eating cafes.
There will be lots of food to sample on the day and all food made will be vegan, free from refined sugar and gluten free.
You will leave with a plan of what to include in to your diet on a daily basis to support your detoxification pathways every day.
Spaces on this class are limited as some elements of the day require one to one attention from the teacher.
