What is Cooking for Health?
Our Cooking for Health short course shows you how to use fresh natural ingredients to cook tasty dishes, which will nourish your body. You’ll learn the nutritional and therapeutic value of foods, and what makes a balanced meal and watch our passionate lecturers demonstrate recipes to support key aspects of health.
Who should take this course?
This course is suitable for anyone with an interest in healthy eating and cooking and there are no prerequisites to study. Whether you want to learn so you cook nutritious meals for family and friends, or because you’re considering a career change, this course offers a perfect introduction to healthy cooking.
This course is also suitable for students/graduates of natural therapies who are looking for specialised nutritional knowledge and recipe ideas for their clients.
