Cooking for Health has been designed to teach you how to optimise the nutritional value of the foods you are cooking. You will learn to use fresh and tasty ingredients to support key aspects of health.

What is Cooking for Health?

Our Cooking for Health Short Course shows you how to use fresh natural ingredients to cook tasty, body-nourishing dishes. You’ll watch our passionate lecturers demonstrate recipes to support key aspects of health. You’ll learn the nutritional and therapeutic value of foods and what makes a balanced meal.

Who should take this course?

This course is suitable for anyone with an interest in healthy eating and cooking. Whether you want to learn how to cook nutritious meals for family and friends, or because you’re considering a career change, this course offers a perfect introduction to healthy cooking.

The course is also suitable for students/graduates of natural therapies who are looking for specialised nutritional knowledge and recipe ideas for their clients.

There are no prerequisites to study.
