About the lecturer

Belle Amatt BA, BSc Nutritional Medicine, mBANT, CNHC and ANP

Qualifications: Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in longevity, detox, stress-induced illness and gut health.

Background: With fifteen years of experience working 1-1 with clients and with groups, Belle has supported many people on restoring their health. A keen interest in detoxification began over 20 years ago when Belle discovered a 28 day detox programme and after following the advice given had dropped 10 lbs, experienced deep and restorative sleep and felt ‘vital’ for a first time in years. Since then, Belle has run a variety of cleanse courses and has worked on fasting retreats in both Portugal and Malta. Shee is a keen advocate of the use of fasting alongside lifestyle change not only for weight loss but as a longevity strategy.

This course is suitable for anyone who wants to take control of their health, cleanse the body of toxins and learn more about how to manage health and weight through the correct management of diet.
