The role:

Here at CNM, we are looking to grow our excellent team of ambassadors who are spreading the word about the great opportunities CNM can offer prospective students. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with all CNM’s existing ambassadors.

A new position has become available at London Clinic of Nutrition for a permanent employee to join the team as a Marketing Assistant.

London Clinic of Nutrition is the UKs leading nutrition and functional medicine clinic, specialising in complex chronic health conditions and successfully supporting clients back to optimal health. We take a person-centred approach to health care, not only for our clients but these values are reflected in our workplace too.

As the Marketing Assistant you will be the Marketing Manager’s ‘right hand person’, assisting with tasks as assigned and playing an integral role in helping the clinic reach their marketing goals and objectives.

The role will have a heavy emphasis on assisting and developing the clinic’s social media, therefore the ideal candidate will have a strong background and/or interest in this area.

The role is based in our central London clinic 2 days per week, with the possibility to extend in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping maintain and develop the clinic’s social media accounts to build engagement and drive conversions
  • Using Pinterest to increase website traffic
  • Expertly using Canva (or other design software) to create social graphics, marketing materials and more inline with brand/style guidelines
  • Organising and planning the production and printing of all marketing materials
  • Fact-checking, copy-writing/editing, and proof-reading assistance during the creation of mailers, website content, campaigns and other promotional materials
  • Data-input to help create financial and statistical reports
  • Carrying out and organising market research as and when required
  • Fostering trusting relationships with the community, our suppliers and referral network
  • Assisting in the organising of promotional events – both online and in-person – and attending them to facilitate their success (may include occasional evening and/or weekend)

Prerequisites:

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant, preferably within the health and wellness industry
  • Good understanding of and interest in marketing principles
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities and adherence to deadlines
  • Self-starter and ability to adapt to an evolving environment
  • Creative and organised with an eye for detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google suite and online applications such as Hubspot (or other CRM tools), SM and Google analytics, Google Adwords, WordPress etc.
  • Passionate about natural health and nutrition
