The CNM Academic Board brings together senior academic and subject specialists from across the College’s disciplines. The Board provides academic leadership and oversight of curriculum development, teaching, assessment, quality assurance and academic standards, supporting the continued development and enhancement of CNM’s programmes.

Peter Jackson-Main mANP rGNC
Academic Director
Peter Jackson-Main is Academic Director at CNM, providing senior academic leadership and oversight across the College’s educational provision. His responsibilities include acting as chair of the Academic Board, and driving the ongoing development and enhancement of CNM’s academic provision.
Peter has extensive experience in naturopathic and herbal medicine education and has played a key role in the development of CNM’s educational programmes and academic standards.
He holds a Master of Herbal Medicine and has extensive professional and educational experience within naturopathic and herbal medicine.

Bobby Qureshi mANP rGNC
Director of Education
Bobby Qureshi is Director of Education at CNM, where he provides academic leadership across the College’s educational provision. His responsibilities include curriculum and programme development, teaching and learning, assessment and examination, academic quality assurance, and the development and implementation of academic policies and processes.
Bobby has extensive experience in the development and delivery of education across naturopathy, nutrition and biomedical sciences, and contributes to teaching at diploma and degree level. He has also been involved in the development of CNM’s higher education provision and works closely with academic and teaching teams.
He holds a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost), a Level 6 Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, a Level 6 Diploma in Naturopathy and a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching. He is also undertaking a PhD in Applied Health Studies at the University of Plymouth, with a research focus on developing and optimising nutritional interventions for people living with fibromyalgia.

Francesca Klottrup mANP rGNC
Naturopathic Nutrition Course Director
Francesca Klottrup is the Nutritional Therapy Course Director at CNM, where she oversees the development and delivery of the Nutritional Therapy diploma and degree programmes.
She holds a BSc in Psychology, a Diploma in Culinary Arts and a CNM Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition. She is currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. Francesca combines her background in psychology, nutrition and culinary arts with experience as a private chef specialising in health-focused retreat catering.
In addition to her work in nutritional therapy, Francesca develops educational content, recipes and meal plans and delivers talks and workshops. She brings a practical, multidisciplinary perspective to nutrition education at CNM.

Anne-Claire Marsden mANP rGNC
Biomedicine Director & Education Assistant
Anne-Claire Marsden is Biomedicine Course Director at CNM, where she oversees the development and delivery of the Biomedicine Module. Anne-Claire also assists the Education Director with academic projects.
Anne-Claire holds a Doctorate in Dental Surgery and a CNM Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition. Following several years working in dentistry in central London, she developed a particular interest in the relationship between nutrition, health and wellbeing. She subsequently established a nutrition practice, with a particular focus on stress and burnout.
Anne-Claire lectures in Biomedicine at CNM and brings together her clinical, nutritional and teaching experience in her role as Course Director.

Josephine Cerqua MBAcC mANP
Acupuncture Diploma Course Director
Josephine Cerqua is Acupuncture Diploma Course Director at CNM, where she oversees the development and delivery of the Acupuncture Diploma programme.
She holds a BSc in Acupuncture and a Diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine. Josephine has worked with CNM since 2019, contributing to course development, teaching and clinical supervision within the student clinic.
With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Josephine has established a private acupuncture practice with a particular interest in women’s health. She also works within a multidisciplinary fertility clinic alongside consultants, midwives and nurses, and provides professional supervision to practising acupuncturists.

Zoe Scanlan mANP rGNC
Homeopathy Course Director
Zoe Scanlan is Homeopathy Course Director at CNM, where she oversees the development and delivery of the Homeopathy programme.
She holds a BSc in Environmental Science, an MSc in Environmental Management and professional qualifications in homeopathy. Zoe initially developed her career in environmental management before training in homeopathy in 2006.
Since then, she has established a private practice in Brighton. She combines her professional practice with her role as Course Director and Lecturer at CNM.

Dee Clough mANP rGNC
Naturopathy Course Director
Dee Clough is Naturopathy Course Director at CNM, where she oversees the development and delivery of the Naturopathy programme.
She holds a Master of Health Science in Herbal Medicine and a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine from Australia. Dee has been part of the CNM academic faculty since 2017, teaching across Nutrition and Naturopathy and contributing to course and content development.
Dee combines her academic and teaching experience with clinical practice and has previously taught across naturopathy, herbal medicine and nutrition in colleges in Australia and New Zealand. Her multidisciplinary background supports her role as Course Director at CNM.
