CNM is expanding its International Sales department and is looking for an international Business Development consultant to handle our Russian enquiries.
The candidate
You will be in charge of advising potential Russian students on the best CNM online study program for them. This is not necessarily an easy job and requires persistence, the ability to listen and honest care to be successful. You will be provided with leads coming from calls and emails through our website and other promotional activities. Your job is to follow up on these inquiries by calling the prospect and convert these leads into sales. We are looking for a person with experience in sales, who has good communication skills, is self-confident, driven to achieve targets and who speaks Russian.
The job requires:
- Answering E-mails
- Calling potential clients
- Dealing with payments
- Making sure forms and the student’s info are entered into the database
- Hitting weekly and monthly sales targets

To support our continued international expansion, The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) is recruiting a Russian-speaking Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in London.
This role forms a vital part of the marketing strategy, helping to shape the future and driving CNM’s growth through strategic influencer partnerships; growing our commercial offering across all business areas.
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Influencers:
- Contracting new influencers and maintaining the existing ones to bring awareness for our College in the UK/IRE and Worldwide.
- Plan, create and deliver CNM’s influencer activity, ensuring our business priorities are fully supported and amplified.
- Responsible for providing the influencer with all the tools they need.
- Help the team execute events with influencers, coordinating the logistics for these events.
- Monitor and analyse our growth metrics and qualitative feedback (weekly reporting).
- Develop good relationships with our influencers, facilitating engaging with them regularly.
- Follow the content of our contracted influencers to ensure they are adhering to their contracted obligations and identifying trends that can help shape future activity.

2. Partnerships:
- Approaching new B2B partners.
- Preparing visuals and writing copy for cross-promotional campaigns.
- Preparing PO and invoices, liaising with key stakeholders and the Accounts to discuss budget and make sure invoices get paid on time.
3. Assisting the Marketing Manager and the Head of the Department in various tasks.
The ideal candidate has the following skills:
- Can speak Russian and English fluently
- Proficient in engaging and working with prominent influencers.
- Passion for influencer marketing, with a minimum of one-two years’ experience in the field.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and digital marketing trends

You will play an important role in ensuring that student accounts are managed accurately and responsibly. You’ll handle a range of credit control and financial administration tasks, always maintaining clarity, professionalism, efficiency and excellent communication.
The ideal candidate must be/have:
