OTE £45K | Warm Leads | Purpose-Driven Career
At CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine), we help people change their lives through education.
Every day, motivated adults contact us because they’re ready to build a new career in natural health — and we’re looking for a consultative Course Consultant / Student Enrolment Advisor to guide them from interest to enrolment.
This is not cold calling. You’ll speak with warm inbound enquiries from people who already want to study — your role is to listen, understand their goals, answer their questions, and help them make confident decisions.
If you enjoy helping people take meaningful steps and achieving real results, this role offers both purpose and strong earning potential.

- Convert warm inbound enquiries into course enrolments
- Guide prospective students through their decision-making process
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Manage your time effectively while staying focused on outcomes
- You’ll work from either our London College or Head Office in East Grinstead (commutable distance required).
About You
You are motivated by helping people move forward as much as by achieving targets.
You:
- Communicate with warmth, confidence, and clarity
- Are comfortable working toward measurable goals
- Bring consistency, reliability, and emotional intelligence
- Have experience in sales, education, or customer service (desirable, not essential)
- Are interested in wellbeing, personal development, or helping others grow
- You don’t need prior knowledge of natural therapies — we care far more about your mindset, empathy, and ability to inspire.
