Guilt-free healthy drink with herbs, fruits and spices. This herbal concoction can be a good alternative for Christmas or New Year dinner. Cranberries aid UTI healing, apples promote gut health with pectin, while oranges benefit the liver and digestion. Embrace rosemary for improved circulation and focus, aniseed for its antiviral power, cinnamon for blood sugar balance, and clove for antimicrobial benefits.
Ingredients
200gcranberries
2small cinnamon sticks
4-5cloves
1sprig of rosemary
3piecesof aniseeds
1applesliced
3-4slicesof orange
1Lof water
1-2tablespoonsof honey/ maple for sweeteningoptional
Instructions
In a pot, combine all ingredients except for the honey. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Once cooled, strain the mixture to remove the solid ingredients, and then add the honey. Stir well to dissolve the honey completely.
For a refreshing serving, refrigerate the drink until it’s chilled.
Serve your herbal concoction chilled and enjoy the revitalizing flavours!
