The role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our QA policies and procedures, ensuring all documents reflect current practices and standards. You will play a crucial role in supporting our academic and executive board and managing various documentation processes.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Conducting an annual review of CNM QA Policies and Procedures to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information, including making cosmetic corrections, consistent formatting and minor updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a document control system for all policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance.
  • Drafting and updating QA documents under the direction of the Managing Director or Principal, such as QA Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, Handbooks, Work Instructions, Meeting Agendas/Minutes.
  • Supporting external course accreditation or course approval projects as instructed by the Managing Director, Principal, or Education Director.
  • Preparing and circulating Overall Academic Board (OAB) Agenda and taking minutes.
  • Circulating Work in Progress (WIP) documents to relevant department heads for confirmation before final approval.
  • Conducting desk research for new projects as requested by the Managing Director or Principal.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to draft and update various documents accurately.
  • Proficient in conducting desk research and compiling comprehensive reports.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with department heads and management.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
  • Familiarity with academic processes and external course accreditation is a plus.
