How does Rebounding work?
To start rebounding, make sure the trampoline is properly set up and secure. Begin by standing in the centre of the rebounder with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your arms at your sides and your back straight. When you start bouncing, use your legs to push off the rebounder. Keep your knees slightly bent and your feet flat on the rebounder. As you get more comfortable, increase the intensity of the bounce.
Vary the intensity of your workout by changing the height of your jumps. For a higher intensity workout, jump higher and land with both feet on the rebounder. For a lower intensity workout, keep your jumps low and land with one foot at a time.
You can add more complex movements such as jogging, jumping jacks, knee-ups and squats. To increase the intensity even more, you can add light weights or a medicine ball while you jump. You can also add arm movements like circling your arms or making swimming motions
