TRAINING SUCCESSFUL PRACTITIONERS

Cooking for Menopause Workshop

Description

CNM London: 7th November 2026

Menopause is a natural transition in every woman’s life, but it often comes with challenging symptoms—hot flashes, mood changes, disrupted sleep, and the notorious ‘menopausal middle’ weight gain. The good news? Nutrition can play a powerful role in how you experience this phase.

The right foods can help balance hormones, support metabolism, reduce inflammation, and stabilize blood sugar—key factors in managing weight and easing common symptoms. A diet rich in whole foods, healthy fats, fibre and plant-based phytoestrogens can make a noticeable difference in how you feel day-to-day.

In fact, by making simple, sustainable changes in the kitchen, many women find they not only reduce symptoms but also shed stubborn belly fat that often accumulates during this time. And that is what this engaging and empowering workshop is all about: expert insights on navigating menopause naturally with practical natural solutions and hands-on cooking!

During this workshop, we will:

  • Understand the phases of menopause: perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause
  • Learn how to manage symptoms through diet, herbs, and lifestyle adjustments
  • Prepare easy and delicious foods that help balance hormones, support common symptoms experienced during this delicate phase of life, and reduce menopausal weight gain

Take your knowledge into the kitchen! Get hands-on in our kitchen as we cook together easy, delicious and nourishing recipes designed to support you through the menopause.

The workshop will be delivered by Silvia Mensurati MA, CNMNutDip, CNMNatDip, SNHSDip, the founder of Nutrition To Heal.
