Kinesiology Workshop

Systematic kinesiology is an amazing assessment tool that uses manual muscle testing to identify imbalances within the body, eliminating the need for guesswork when working with clients, friends, and family.

Kinesiology is one of the few healthcare systems that can truly be considered holistic, as it supports the individual physically, nutritionally, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. All of these factors contribute to our overall health, and any combination of them may be influencing the state of disease or discomfort at any given time. With kinesiology, we can test which aspect is causing the imbalance.

This practical one-day workshop will cover basic kinesiology techniques and muscle testing to identify and correct imbalances that are relevant to your clinical practice as a naturopathic nutritionist, naturopath, herbalist, or homeopath.

You will learn and practice:

• How to diffuse emotional stress without being intrusive.
• How to identify foods, nutrients, and remedies that will enhance a person’s health.
• How to assess hydration levels and food intolerances.

The focus of this workshop is on practical work and the introduction of kinesiology as an easy-to-use, fast, accurate, and non-invasive assessment tool.

The workshop will be delivered by Kathy Pasch BSc, MSc, NT, IFMCP, the founder of NuGen Clinic, a certified Functional Medicine practitioner, a Clinical Nutritionist and an A.R.T. (Autonomic Response Testing) practitioner. She has over a decade of experience in various aspects of health. Kathy’s initial focus was upon creating health promoting functional foods; however, after opening NuGen Clinic, she became fascinated by solving complex and chronic conditions. Her ‘mind blowing’ success in helping clients with multifactorial conditions is a result of her wealth of knowledge and intuition, combined with a sincere warmth, compassion and patience. Kathy is also a lecturer of nutrition and biomedicine at the CNM – College of Naturopathic Medicine.
