If you’re looking to address health problems naturally, this course can help you succeed.

The Gut-Brain Connection course teaches you:
How to improve gut function and boost your brain and memory.
How to address anxiety, stress, depression, fatigue and low energy.
The connection between the gut health and the immune system.
What foods are specifically beneficial for healthy gut and sharp mind.
Easy recipes to support gut microbiome.
Nourish your gut and boost brain health
About the course
The Gut-Brain Connection short course explains how through the nervous system, hormones and the immune system, the brain and the gut constantly exchange messages that affect people’s digestion, mood and cognition.
Signals pass both ways between digestive system and central nervous system, and health or disease in one can affect the other. When our gut is out of balance – whether it’s from a poor diet, stress or disruption in gut microbiome – it can mess with neurotransmitter (nerve messenger) production and trigger inflammatory responses, causing anxiety, depression and mood swings.
Restoring gut health through simple tweaks like dietary changes, probiotics and stress management can make a world of difference for our mood and mental well-being.

“I really enjoyed the gut brain course. Belle was amazing, so knowledgeable and such a warm person. I learnt so much about the gut and what it needs to function efficiently. Having suffered from asthma and allergies for much of my life it’s useful to know what I can do to reduce inflammation in the body. I also get anxious and have low moods so good to learn what support I can give the brain. ”
