Natural Skincare
Is your skin sensitive and easily reactive to commercial skincare products? Does it feel uncomfortable, itching or stinging? Is it prone to outbursts of spots, acne or carbuncles? Do you suffer from eczema, rosacea or allergic contact dermatitis?
Enrol on our Natural Skincare course. It runs over four days (two weekends) and is ideal for everyone wanting to learn how to nourish the skin from the inside as well as from the outside with healthy food and natural products that will make skin feel and look good, help it age gracefully and maintain glow, plumpness and smoothness for as long as possible.
Many hyped, branded and shop-bought cosmetic products contain ingredients that are harsh, drying and irritating to skin, and may have long-term health consequences despite the high-flying claims of being natural. With the right knowledge and preparation, homemade skin products can be just as – if not more – convenient, but more importantly, healthy and friendly to people and to the environment. They can offer great results for a variety of skin types, as well as different demands from the perspective of age, allergies or congenital chronic conditions.

Natural Skincare course teaches you:
How to fuel your skin from the inside, making it glow from the outside.
What ingredients to use in skincare products to hydrate the skin on a deep level and boost moisture.
How to draw excess oils from the skin and treat problematic skin outbreaks.
How to avoid premature skin ageing and keep youthful suppleness.
Enhance your skin’s natural radiance
What is healthy skin?
Healthy skin is strong, supple, vibrant, calm, adjustable, of a consistent colour and feels good. The skin is not completely smooth like glass, but has tiny peaks around hair follicles and pores, and tiny valleys in between the peaks. Healthy skin also doesn’t react to stress with outbursts, redness, excessive oiliness or heat, and it doesn’t have eczema or rashes, hives or spots. It doesn’t itch, burn, sting or scale, is neither flaky nor moist and it doesn’t feel tight. Healthy skin feels good to be in, naturally glows, has lines and pores, and is comfortable.
If your skin doesn’t feel like anything, that’s a sign that your skin is doing alright.

About the course
This is a four-day course, with three days dedicated to theory and one day focused on practical learning. The theory portion spans three days and covers how to care for your skin from the inside out. It emphasizes the importance of nutrition, a healthy diet, supplementation, and lifestyle in determining the health and aging of your skin. You will also learn about different skin types and how to balance them through diet, lifestyle, and the use of specific herbs. One full day is dedicated to natural anti-aging, exploring the latest research and how to incorporate it into your daily routine.
The practical portion of the course takes place on the fourth day. It is designed to teach you how to create your own homemade skincare products using safe, natural ingredients that are commonly found in most kitchens. This hands-on workshop provides expert knowledge and practical techniques for crafting bespoke, original, and handmade natural beauty products for personal use. Additionally, you will receive valuable advice on how to develop natural beauty products for sale if that is your goal.
Learning how to make natural skincare products is not just fun, it is very rewarding and empowering skill, and can also be useful if you are looking to start a business.

The reason for this was the level of detail, learning and information, the passion of the teacher and the atmosphere of the class and college. The teacher gave us so much and I feel very grateful and privileged. There was a good vibe in the class and it was lovely being around so like-minded people. The level of detail of the course content was amazing and I have so much I can now use and implement! The teacher went beyond just the slides and gave us such good ideas and suggestions.
